- A full refund will only be issued if the dissatisfaction is due to a significant error on our part, such as missing or misedited content that falls outside the scope of your original instructions.
- In case of minor revisions needed, we will offer the option to revise and correct the work rather than a refund.
b. Show Notes and Transcription Services
- If you are dissatisfied with the show notes or transcription provided, you can request a revision within 3 days of receiving the deliverables.
- If the issue cannot be resolved with a revision or if the transcription contains substantial errors not aligned with your instructions, a refund may be issued. Refund requests for this service will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
c. Podcast Publishing and Distribution Services
- Due to the nature of podcast publishing and distribution, where third-party platforms are involved, we cannot offer refunds once the content has been published and distributed.
- If the service has not yet been completed (i.e., the content has not been submitted to distribution channels), you may request a refund. Refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances of the request.
d. Guest and Content Management Services
- Refunds for guest and content management services will be offered under specific conditions. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service or if there is a major failure to meet your expectations due to errors on our part, you may request a refund within 7 days.
- Refunds will not be issued if the dissatisfaction arises from issues related to communication or coordination with third-party guests or parties outside of our control.
e. Podcast Branding and Promotion Services
- Refunds are not typically provided once branding and promotional campaigns have been initiated, as these involve work with third-party platforms, media channels, and ads. However, if no work has commenced on your campaign or promotional efforts, you may request a refund within 5 days.
- If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed campaign, we will first attempt to address the issues through revision or optimization rather than issue a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and purchases are non-refundable due to their nature, including but not limited to:
- Services that have already been provided or delivered (e.g., final edited files, completed transcriptions, or live campaigns).
- Fees related to third-party platforms, such as media hosting, distribution fees, or other associated costs.
